Shared kitchen — cross-contact is possible
Our kitchens prepare items containing wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame in shared spaces using shared equipment and a shared assembly line. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from a specific allergen, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
What we do
- •We train team members on allergen awareness and on changing gloves and utensils on request.
- •We keep ingredient information for each menu component available to team members.
- •We prepare allergy orders separately from the main line where operationally possible.
What we ask of guests
- •Tell the team about the allergy before your order is built, in store or in the order notes.
- •Review ingredient information for every component you select, including sauces, dressings, and finishers.
- •Use your own judgment about whether an item is right for you. Guests with severe allergies should consider the cross-contact risk described above.
