Gift Card Terms

Using a gift card

• •Gift cards can be redeemed toward food and beverage purchases at participating Nicola's locations and online where supported.
• •Cards have no implied value until activated and paid for.
• •If a purchase exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid by another method.

Value, fees, and expiration

We do not charge dormancy or service fees on gift-card balances, and gift-card funds do not expire, except where permitted by applicable law. Promotional or bonus value may carry its own expiration, which is disclosed when it is issued.

Not redeemable for cash

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are not reloadable unless the card states otherwise.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorized use

Treat a gift card like cash. We can replace a registered card with a documented balance; unregistered cards cannot be replaced. Report a problem to support@nicolasitaliangrill.com.

Resale and fraud

Gift cards may not be resold without our written permission. We may void a card obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
